The picture of bamboo grass has a subdued atmosphere, but this is a mirror with a spectacular appearance, made with "Nashi-ji" (gorgeous maki-e with large gold grains) technique and silver grains for the dewdrops.
The design was originally favored by tea ceremony masters, so the mirror has a somewhat elegant and traditional feel.
