* Please note that customers cannot specify the delivery company.

 ・Destination can be set only outside Japan.
If you wish to ship within Japan, please use our Japanese online store.

 

[Timing of product shipment]
・We will ship within 5 business days after confirming your order.
    Customers cannot specify the delivery date for International shipping.
* The above application excludes holidays.

*Due to the effects of the global situation and export restrictions, even if you have completed your order, delivery to some areas may be delayed and we may not be able to accept your order.
Please note that the available delivery areas are in accordance with Japan Post EMS.

 

[Fees for international shipments]
・ Customers will be responsible for the actual costs of shipping, customs duties, and other related fees for international shipments.

・The item prices include commissions for international shipping.
The insurance fee and customs clearance mandate fee are included in the commissions.
We will not charge any additional fees or commissions after an order has been placed. (Except in the case of changes to an order.)

[Customs duties & Related fees]
・Customs duties and other fees may be incurred at the time of importation in the destination country and will be billed to the recipient.

・Please note that we are not able to confirm customs duties and other fees in advance, as they are at the discretion of the customs authorities at the destination country and related agencies.

 

 [Details of shipping]
 ・We ship via EMS, and the sender's information on the shipping slip will be our company.
　When the client and recipient are different, we will include a letter with the name, address, and contact information of the client in the luggage as "GIFT FROM:".

・The price of the contents will be listed on the shipping slip as required information.
Please note that the recipient will be able to confirm this information.
