・Select the item you want to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button.
　After that, proceed to the "shopping cart" from the bag mark on the upper right of the screen.

　You can change the quantity in the "shopping cart".

・The currency displayed can be switched by the button, but this is only an indication.
　The final settlement currency is Japanese Yen (JPY).

・Destination can be set only outside Japan.
　If you wish to ship within Japan, please use our Japanese online store.

・We ship via EMS, and the sender's address on the shipping slip will be our company.
　The name on the shipping slip will be the customer's name.
　When the client and destination are different, we will include a form with the name, address, and contact information of the sender in the luggage as "GIFT FROM:".

・We will ship by EMS (Japan Post).
　Please note that customers will be responsible for the actual costs of shipping, customs duties, and other related fees for international shipments.

*Due to the effects of the global situation and export restrictions, even if you have completed your order, delivery to some areas may be delayed and we may not be able to accept your order.
Please note that the available delivery areas are in accordance with Japan Post EMS.

・The item prices include commissions for international shipping.
　The insurance fee and customs clearance mandate fee are included in the commissions.

　We will not charge any additional fees or commissions after an order has been placed. (Except in the case of changes to an order.)

・Customs duties and other fees may be incurred at the time of importation in the destination country and will be billed to the recipient.

・Please note that we are not able to confirm customs duties and other fees in advance, as they are at the discretion of the customs authorities at the destination country and related agencies.

VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS  are available.
*To prevent fraudulent use, the name of the person placing the order must be the same as the credit card holder.
*If the credit card holder's name does not match the name on the order, the order may be cancelled.
*If there are any suspicious points, we may ask you to confirm the identity of the person placing the order (e.g., by telephone or by submitting identification).

[Invoices and receipts]

・We will send receipts for overseas delivery in the form of data in principle.
　It will not be included in your parcel.

 

・Since all products are handmade, the color and shape of the product image on the monitor may differ slightly from the actual product.

・In addition, there are some colors that are difficult to express on the monitor, such as Tame color (a transparent color like chestnut).

・The grain pattern of the wood is different for each item. The grain pattern cannot be selected.
