About returns and exchanges

・ We make every effort to ensure the quality and delivery method of the products, but if you find any "differences in product", "difference in quantity", "defective product", etc., please contact us within 10 days from the date of delivery
We will replace it immediately.
We will bear the shipping cost for replacing defective products.

However, since all products are handmade, the color and shape of the product image may differ slightly from the actual product. In addition, there are differences in color depending on the time of production, and differences in wood grain depending on the material. Thank you for your understanding.

・ If you wish to return / exchange the item for your convenience, please contact us within 10 days from the the date of delivery
The customer will be responsible for return and reshipment charges.

 We cannot accept returns / exchanges in the following cases.
● Once used
● If the product is damaged or soiled by the customer
● If customers contact us more than 10 days after the date of delivery
